Toast Event Management is situated in Tauranga, in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.  With over twenty years experience in event planning we have the ability to organise and plan all the details that will make your event the toast of the town. Our experience and planning skills will give you peace of mind and the knowledge that you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special event.  As corporate event planners, large charity event planners and conference managers, we strive to give our clients the very best they can expect - and more. At the planning stage we will offer advice and inspirational guidance, after which we will organise everything for you, down to the last detail. We will consult with you throughout the process to ensure that your occasion is everything you wished for.

For event decor and event decor rentals we not only have stock of a large selection of event decor items but we have access to just about anything your heart desires.  Tracey and Kathy have the ability to use all the amazing decor items available in a unique, diverse and spectacular way, making each event have its own identity.  When it comes to theming, we are only limited by our imagination and each event brings new excitement and welcome challenges.

Toast Event Management 

We have banquet tables and cloths to hire.  The individual tables are 1.2 metres wide and 2.4 metres long.  Put together, end on end, we can create a banquet table to any length you require by 1.2 metres wide.
