It isn’t every day that you get to plan a celebration for such a special occasion as a 100^th Birthday and Tracey’s experience, vision and practical advice was invaluable.  From the overall concept, right down to the detail, Tracey and her team at Toast were the key ingredients to the success of our event.  Their hard work and professional presentation ensured our event would be one to be remembered.

Triodent Innovation Centre Opening by Prime Minister John Key

Tracey and Kathy were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.  We met several times on site in the weeks leading up to the event to discuss the programme and other details.  Before the day they provided me with a full event manual, including site plan, emergency protocols, full list of sub-contractors and event timeline supplied by me.  Toast were also creative and unflappable.  The best illustration of this was the Toast "family" at the 11th hour being asked to provide something to protect the fragile large hand sculpture during the unveiling and building a glass box the night before.  It worked perfectly.

The sound was excellent, the coffee was popular, the flowers were greatly admired and, while they may not have got much use, the toilets were outstanding.  The catering, including bubbles, juice, water, gourmet sandwiches, sushi and sweet slices, was extremely successful and the waiting staff were efficient, polite and pleasant. 

I would recommend Toast to anyone looking for managers for this type of event.  The opening was an overwhelming success for Triodent and one that we will continue to benefit from.
